Join Our Blending Team
We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our Blending Department. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, where teamwork, commitment, and a strong work ethic are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
Operating within the blending production area
Weighing, mixing, and handling raw materials
Manual handling and lifting of bags weighing up to 25kg
Working safely and following company procedures
Maintaining quality standards and production targets
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Supporting colleagues to achieve team goals
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well as part of a team
Reliable, focused, and punctual
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and capable of manual work and heavy lifting
Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential

Days (FIXED)
Wednesday to Friday, 6:00am to 6:00pm
Alternate Saturdays
Rotating Days & Nights (FIXED)
Monday & Tuesday Days, 6:00am to 6:00pm
Thursday & Friday Nights, 6:00pm to 6:00am
Permanent Nights (FIXED)
Sunday to Wednesday
6:00pm to 6:00am
